Returns

I hope you will be delighted with your jewellery, however, in an unfortunate event you are not happy with your jewellery, please contact me immediately if you have any issues or concerns with your piece. I am happy to exchange most items, and can give a refund in some cases. Please make sure the you send your item in its full packaging, and unworn. The item will need to be in the condition in which it was sent.

As per distance selling regulations, I accept returns on any item of jewellery that was an in-stock item, within 14 days of delivery. You must contact me to arrange a return within 48 hours of receipt.

I cannot accept any returns on bespoke, made to order, personalised items or earrings (for hygiene reasons), so I ask for your particular care and attention when ordering these pieces. 

All items must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery with full insurance and proof of tracking to ensure they arrive back safe and secure. I do not accept responsibility for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit when returned to me and I am not responsible for postage costs for returned items. If you want to return your order please contact me first by email.

 

Delivery times

Everything is hand crafted to order, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your items. You will be informed by email when your order has dispatched.

Feel free to contact me if you have a date you need your pieces by - I will do my best to accommodate.

 

Bespoke orders

Please be aware that bespoke, or custom, orders may take slightly longer than 2-3 weeks, but you will be kept informed at every stage and given an approximate timeline when placing your order.  

 

UK orders

All jewellery will be dispatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery; this is a guaranteed next day service which is tracked, insured and requires a signature upon arrival.

 

International orders

I am happy to ship internationally. Just contact me before placing your order and I will generate a shipping quotation.
